Asus Zenfone 6 launched in India as Asus 6z

Asus has launched the Zenfone 6 as Asus 6z in India. Asus had to change the name to 6z due to Delhi High Order against branding Zenfone

Asus 6z will be available to buy from 26th June 2019 on Flipkart.

Specifications:

The Asus 6z (Zenfone 6) has Snapdragon 855 chipset with Adreno 640 GPU and comes with Android 9.0(Pie) out of box and Zen UI, which is refreshing from previous Zen UI and close to stock.

The display is 6.4 inch Full HD+ IPS LCD panel and not a AMOLED one with almost 84% screen to body ratio. It has Gorilla Glass 6 protection on it.

The camera setup is an interesting one. In order to achieve almost bezel-less display, Asus have introduced a flip camera, which works as Rear and Front Camera. It flips over 180 degrees to achieve this.

The camera setup has a primary 48MP f/1.8 lens and 13MP f/2.4 ultra-wide lens and dual LED flash.

The fingerprint scanner is on back of the phone and Asus haven’t opted for the in-screen one.

It has a massive 5000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 support.

Asus 6z will be available in Midnight Black and Twilight Silver colours.
