OnePlus TV gets the Netflix support and a New Remote for Free.

Netflix finally gets added to OnePlus TV and also new remote with dedicated Netflix button.

Back in Sept 2019 when OnePlus TV was launched, it didn’t have Netflix support. Two months after the launch, OnePlus through the system update had added the support for Netflix.

Alongwith the system update, OnePlus have launched a new remote for OnePlus TV with a dedicated Netflix button. The remote is FREE for the existing OnePlus TV owners. Just head to this link and add and verify the Serial Number, get and redeem the code. It will take about 5 days to receive the remote.

The design is slightly changed, the remote comes in complete black colour and as mentioned there is the Netflix button alongwith Prime Video and YouTube buttons.

All new OnePlus TVs will have Netflix app pre-installed. The system update also added few other changes as well.

• Added setting for directly entering recent “Input Source” at startup
• Optimized volume adjustment experience to increase or decrease audio volume more comfortable
• Pressing volume up and down buttons together to mute the TV
• Remote low battery and charging status notification on TV
