Google Pixel Buds vs Samsung Galaxy Buds+

Above is the specs comparison between the Google Pixel Buds vs Samsung Galaxy Buds+. Pixel Buds are currently priced at $179 in US whereas Galaxy Buds+ cost at $149. Both the buds don’t feature the Active Noise Cancellation as compared to much expensive Sony or Apple ones.

In terms of design, the Pixel Buds looks better with the matte finish than the glossy Galaxy Buds+. The Pixel Buds are lighter and smaller as well and even the charging case is smaller. Both the buds have the touch controls for playback actions like next , previous, volume changes etc.

Battery is where the Pixel Buds are behind the Galaxy Buds+, Pixel Buds are rated to last 5hrs(24hrs with the case) while Galaxy Buds+ are rated to last around 11hrs (22hrs with case). Audio-wise, both the buds should sound very similar. Voice control is better with the Pixel Buds with just ‘Hey Google’ whereas the Samsung ones need touch control for the Google Assistant.

So which one you should buy- it very much depends on what is more important, if price is key, then Galaxy Buds+ would do just fine in terms of sound and calls when compared to Pixel Buds, but if you are ready to spend a bit more, those small nifty features with Pixel Buds are handy along with the great design.
